The intial posting regarding GEN II & III NVG's was from New Zealand. A
response regarding the export restriction on such devices was therefore in
order. It is amazing, however, how few didn't even read the entire posting
and proceeded to jump to ridiculous conclusions of "ain't no licence
needed...just go down to yer local Tradin' Post...." No wonder some of these
strings get out of hand...
