This would be better for your own kids (if any) or you could pass this on to
your neighbour.
Naturally it depends on how much the wife is willing to part with or how
much the Bank Manager likes you. There is a company over here in New Zealand
that produces Replica Pedal cars. These cars are not cheap ones like you buy
at a shopping mall. All are made of Metal or Fibreglass construction and
feature real mirrors, pnuematic tyres, working horn, lights and indicators
and are the best "little" replicas I have seen. Aparently the manufacturer
is exporting them to Hollywood kids (I suppose they have enough money to buy
whatever they want). Maybe an investment if you see it that way, but
certainly a lot of fun even for a two year old, it would last him for years.
They have professional paint jobs and markings and they are made by hand.
Cars are not moulded but lovingly crafted by two guys that started this as a
hobby.
