i lived for six years in a base house that was moved from Mare Isle CA.
to Santa Rosa CA. about 50 miles and reassembled. it was one of five
houses on one forty acre parcel that my ex father-in-law owned they were
moved in sections and assembled on concrete slabs two were fixed up
really nice mine and his the others were rentals. his house was actually
two houses assembled into one bigger house.
