the owner of this truck (Mike Beckett) has asked me to forward this question
to the esteemed Listers !
This Dodge is (or will be) 12v... with all instruments etc being 12v units
EXCEPT the fuel gauge. This original gauge is 6v, but was fitted with some
sort of resistor (now lost) which dropped the voltage from 12v to 6v. Can
anyone offer advice on what is needed to produce the same result (apart from
trying to find an original NOS resistor)?
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
