Something you might find intersting. I friend of mine has/had a 5 ton
wrecker and he sheared pin in big drag winch on back. Put a bolt in and
continued pull. he stopped when big gear in wich came out through houseing
and fell on the ground. sure made a believer out of me, concerning shear
pins. I have been told on M35's it tears transfer case up.
