Thanks for the quick response time, major.

I would think that since a US Naval vessel is considered U.S. territory
temporarily situated abroad, that no flag, of any foreign government, should
or would ever be allowed to fly superior to our own.

Does the U.S. flag not fly superior to those flags of the host nations of
our foreign embassies?
