OK this may be silly and I dont know if it will work,
BUT it may be worth a shot!

Take the cap off the fuel tank. Get a crummy cap and
pop a hole in it for a barb fitting, and run it to
an air compressor.. apply a LITTLE pressure and if the
vent lines are sealed/plugged you will be up to your
knees in fuel.
