Robert Zimmerman of Soldiers for the Truth and the military vehicle list
composed of people who preserve military vehicles (hobby) - both of which I

The story is/was true. Indications are the attention brought to bear had
scared
them off and the flag flap may be moot.

However, attached is the body of work on this issue.

Unpublished (yet) and largely because of the neverendingstory of the
election,
is the potential for congressional action and/or potential legislation to
preclude the future threat of something like this.
