Thank you for such a well worded posting. This surely reinforces my feelings
and my business practices. I really like the part about giving your word. I
have
always, to many an astounded customer, made deals on a hand shake even
when thousands of dollars were involved and I wasn't going to receive any
payment until my job (home heating systems) was completed. I never got
shafted in these transactions.
