My questions relate to Serial and ARN numbers from my 5/44 CCKW-353, also
engine details.
Is the serial No located on the TOP of the RH chassis rail,near the front
spring-hanger?
Please be EXACT...i could not locate, and will scrape paint...i got the SNo
from the plate in the cabin.
ARN....that is the Australian Military No, I suppose, hopefully when i rub
back the bonnet it will be there, also there may be a small brass plate in
the engine bay..only numbers...can anyone tell me more?
Can anyone advise the max TORQUE etc figures for the GMC 270cid engine. I
know it is rated 104bhp@2750rpm....also any history of these motors,websites
etc.
final question...does GMC stand for GRABOWSKI Motor Corp....yes or no!?
