for what ever reason 6.2's tend to stop in 1 place all the time.
it plays hell on the ring gear when the starter plays up. (weak spring on the
bendix gear)
doesn't quite engage all the way, just grinds the ring gear.

CUCV 6.2 diesel is even easier, it uses a throw away flex plate with the teeth
on it.
down side is you have to slide the trany/transfer unit back about 6 to 8 inches
to change the plate.
