Well, it happened to me, too. I just got an e-mail from
a customer of mine. I sent him a deuce lug wrench via
USPS (Parcel Post) and he informed me that all he got
was a box with a hole in it and a bunch of packing pea-
nuts, no wrench. He figures that they played foot ball
with the box. I wonder if that wrench got into one of the
robots and wreaked a little havoc? :)
