It has a compression ignition engine which will burn various fuels. Usually
set to burn Diesel #2. In colder climes DF1 and DFA are suitable. Low
grade gasoline and low grade aviation gas can be mixed in with the diesel
fuel and kerosene and home heating fuel #2 and #1 can also be put in the
tank... Later models with the C and D engine usually have the FI Pump
compensator bypassed so that Regular Diesel fuel is the recommended
comsumable... All in the same tank and burned with various degrees of
efficiency. The hotter fuels tend to take out head gaskets, so be
forewarned.. RAM
