Never mind the state laws or possible fines. What if you have an accident?
Is your insurance company going to cover you? Insurance companies have their
own staff of lawyers that look for ways to keep them from having to pay
claims.

Suppose there are injuries from an accident involving your MV. If your
insurance company decides that they can get away with not paying the claim
because you didn't have a CDL, your stuck!

Are you prepared to pay thousands of dollars to lawyers to defend you? What
if you lose in court? Are you prepared to $100,000 or more in damages to an
injured party? The average judgement now for a broken bone from a vehicle
accident is $100,000.

In any case, you should go spend $50 to sit and talk this out with an
attorney before hand, to make absolutely certain that you have everything
right.

Otherwise, you could end up losing everything! Your home, your life's
savings and be paying for the rest of your life for something that you could
have easily prevented.

The best advise is seek competant legal counsel rather than take advice off
an e-mail list. The risks are too great.
