as you probably guess, it could be an hotchkiss m201 ??

look out for any WOF (willys of france) stamps on accessories..

look at springs: m201 should have a 10 leaf spring on fwd posn, 11 leaf
spring on rear.

you could find electric wipers (motor in central posn) and no wood hood bumper.
