CUCV antenna cable grommets

Hi,

Looking for 2 of the rubber grommets that go into the holes on each side of
the fiberglass cap on the CUCV Blazer where the antenna and tuner control
cables run. If anyone has any to spare or knows where I can get them I
would appreciate it. One of the last things needed to fully restore my
Blazer. They are discontinued by GM.
