I was recently drove to San Antonio from upstate NY to shoot a
"HOW TO" T-90 video.
We showed all aspects of disassembly of a T-90
Then we show the inspection of all components and highlight the "worn"
components &
what typical damage to look for.
How to make homemade spacers and sleeves for loading the new needles back
into the cluster.
We left NO stone unturned.
However, there could be a couple of pebbles that we missed ...and surely
someone will find them.
This tape runs 1hr 38 minutes and is completely edited. The price is
Virtually free !
The expert knowledge came from Rick Stivers of Tx...although not a
mechanic, Rick has spent countless hours rebuilding these transmissions He
has fine tuned this ordeal into something anyone could follow.
Ricks daily driver is a '50'something Willys pickup.

We did this tape not for money but for the love of yours and my '42MB jeep
Mil-Veh., etc., and the need to get the knowledge to those who would like
to rebuild their T-90
This is not a profit venture but a labour of love
I drove from NY to TX and back ..gas alone was a small fortune.
We bought the raw tape stock.
