I recently picked up a NOS finned black box, which I believe is a regulator for
a MV. The markings are as follows:

Southern Automotive
Code ident 1Y875

Regulator 25 Amps 28 VDC

Mfgr Part No: SAW-8007218
Contract: DLA750-92-C-0289
Date of Mfgr: 2Q93
Mil Part No: 11631857
