I suggest that you run off a copy of the transaction and send it with a letter
to
the EPA. If there is a federal ban on the sale of this stuff, Ebay will be
liable
for violation of federal law, and they will be tangling with the Feds over this
one.
Let them talk their way out of it with their "evidence" excuse.
