If anyone can make progress on this issue you will be doing a great service
to the HMV community. I answer many emails each week directed to Olive-Drab
and one of the most common questions is "How can I find out the history of
..." with a particular vehicle registration number. I always direct them to
this list as the best source of ideas, but of course there is no real answer
right now.

Best of luck with this quest,
Chuck
