Hook them up to a 12 volt battery first. If they are very dim then probably
24 volt. (If they are 12 volt and you try them on a 24 volt battery you will
get a very bright light for a moment and then you will be tossing them in
the trash!) ;-}

Is there and easy way to tell a 24v headlight from a 12v?
They seem to have no obvious markings.
I am going to hook em up to a battery tonight and see what they do.
