Hi Gang,

It's that time again for the daily dose of mechanical muck and Carrryall
crises viewed from the eyes of Chris' wife Dawn.

Oh, where to start... He took Monday off and replaced the glass in the
windshield. He bought some sealant at the Depot labeled clear, but it
wasn't. So, now he has white sealant with his clear windows. He couldn't
get at it to paint it and no time really to worry. He is at the end of his
nine lives, the candle he has been burning at both ends is about to go out
and the 4th is 24 hours away.

He plans on working for as many of those as possible. He practically lives
in the garage. The seats are all in except for the jump seat, and he
almost has brake lights. These are giving him fits. First, they didn't
work and then they did and then they didn't again. He is hoping to get it
solved today.

He does have headlights. A bonus. Also on the positive side, the tailgate
is on and functional.

So, what does he have left? The windshield has to go in, the stars need to
get painted and he needs to take it on a test drive to make sure everything
is running, he needs to top off fluids and make sure a tool chest gets
in the truck or my Jeep (just in case). { He also needs to take his
saintly, long suffering wife [ME] on a vacation because the amount of time
and $$ he has spent on this project has been absolutely appalling! :o)}
