Hi,
I am trying to adapt a M416 trailer for use with both my CUCV and my Civvy
vehicle. I got a pintle hook adapter for my 2" receiver in my truck, and am
now trying to wire up the trailer lights. I also purchased a wiring
receptacle identical to the one on my CUCV. I plan to mount the receptacle
on my Civvy truck so I can just plug in the M416. What I need now is a
schematic or some instructions on how to wire the receptacle to my 4-wire
trailer wiring on my Civvy truck. Does anyone have a schematic or access to
the M416 TM to help me figure out how to wire it. The military receptacle
has 7 wires and a Ground coming out. I don't know if all of these are used
for the trailer or not.
Any help would be appreciated.
