CARC Paint

Question: What does one do when a vehicle with CARC paint is washed with a
power sprayer and the wand is placed too close, leaving squiggly lines all
over the camo?

Tate County, MS, Civil Defence has an M1009 and the prisoners who wash the
vehicles did this. Can CARC be rubbed with polishing or rubbing compound?
Has this ever happened to anyone on the List? I assume that it would be a
big mistake to try to wax it.

Any solutions can be labor intensive; the prisoners have five to ten years
to complete the job.
