Knock with good oil pressure m35a2 woes

HHmmmm. how about wrist pin or piston skirt failure. Take it apart now.
Any of the recent answers will cause severe engine failure in any
engine. It could be a rod and still hold decent oil pressure until the
particles of bearing insert work there way into other surfaces and
destroy them or the insert becomes so thin that it opens up a big enough
gap to allow the pressure to drop.Ive not done one of those engines but
some things in life are pretty straight forward and im guessing that
this is one of them. If it were me Id take it apart now and keep the
losses to a minimum . Even some one with years of engine experience will
admit that it sounds like something but the real cause requires
disasembly to identify the problem. Good luck , Darrell.
