I found my manuals and started tracing out the circuits. Its looks like
everything is working except the indicators. The lights are good as are the
fuses. On my battery gauge I have 24 volts on both sides the orange wire is
the feed and black wire with white strip is the ground. If I ground out the
black wire the volt meter starts working. Ridding around I have 27 to 26
volts. I have no volts on the wait light or the gen 2 light or the brake
light. It looks as if I have lost a ground either form some relay or an open
wire. Does anyone know of a common point of failure for this problem or were
the vm relay is located. The one manual I don't have is the -20, I have seen
a lot of refer to that one. The glow plugs and relay are working and I have
not let the smoke out of anything yet!!!

Thanks for your help
