Funny you should mention that!!

I'm up for dis-orderly conduct for refusing to
identify myself to a deputy sheriff!!

This after the highest court in NYS overturned a
conviction where the plaintif felt he wasn't given the
oportunity to refuse.

You have a Constitutionally protected right to
refuse,....... just try and get it!

Anyone want to help pack a court room?
