RE: [MV] top speed of an M35

Conversations I have been involved in say that you would be better off with
a pyrometer mounted on the exhaust header pipe. The turbo on these trucks
is designed to reduce emissions more than to boost horsepower.

Hi all,
Could someone tell what the "sweet spot" is for the M35A2? I'm guessing it
is where the horsepower and torque curve meet. If so, what is that RPM?
Also, I'm thinking of installing a boost gauge. Can someone tell me the
parameters of boost pressure without damage for these engines, as stock?
thanks,
Henry
