Not True... a bill Introduced in the House , referred to as H.xxxx IH is
different than a bill listed as H.xxxx RH or reported in the House. As it
goes through the House and the committees, things get added or removed. Once
Voted on it gets sent to the Joint committee where it is reconciled with the
Senate version which goes through essentially the same sequence.
The House bill was passed with the demil provision removed. The Senate
version (or 3) will be voted on and passed back to the joint
committee.Senate bills are shown as S.xxxx and those with PSC after them
mean Placed on Senate Calendar. Will the final Senate version have the
demill provision? Don't know, but if it does, our efforts to your reps and
Senators will make the folks think before it finally comes out of the
reconciliation committee for the final vote.

It's been a few years since my Federal Gov't. classes, but I'm sure
someone will nuke me on the list if I got it too far wrong!

Ron
