It is in there, but it is currently not in effect. Also, there is some
question about their ability to demil something now that was never
supposed to be demiled when it went out of service. At least as I read
it if you have a M151 you are likely to be in a bad spot here because it
was supposed to have been demiled, but if you have a M38 you are probably
in the clear as it is written right now.

Just more uninformed guessing to compare with other uninformed guessing
