Howdy List,

A friend of mine is liquidating a farm and found this trailer in back:

First Data Plate
Trailer, Cargo 3/4 Ton M116A1
FSN 2330 - 898 - 6780
(No delivery date or contract # - there are spaces for them but are not
filled in.)

Second Data Plate
Dimensional and shipping data.

Third Data Plate
US Power Unit T - 75 - 016 - 30
PU 620M KW5 HZ60
FSN 6115 - 738 - 6340

The trailer has a flat bed with wheel arches upon which are mounted
receivers for four 5 gallon gas cans with webbing tie down straps. There
are four steel bows for a canvas cover for the genset. These have clevis
pins for securing them after they have been slipped into the pockets on
the trailer bed. There are also three holes on each side near the front
bow so that all four bows can be mounted together up front exposing the
genset, for servicing I suppose.

At the front of the trailer is a vertical pannel. The spare tire (9.00 -
16) is mounted on the front of this pannel and brackets hold copper
grounding rods with steel extension rods in three foot lengths to the
back of the pannel. There is a heavy duty switching box at the right
rear of the trailer bed with a heavy cord attached. The genset is gone.
Lunette with landing gear and trailer to tow vehicle cable in good
shape. All tail lights there.

The trailer is painted OD and came from an ARNG unit. The trailer has
only a few nicks and scrapes on it. Looks as if it spent its life
indoors but never got repainted so where it was nicked it rusted a
little but overall in excellent shape.

I am interested but do not know what a fair price is. What do gensets
for this unit generally cost and what equipment do they typically power?

Any info will be appreciated!
