If there is liquid LP in the tank then the pressure is a function of
temperature only. The pressure will only drop (not counting a drop due to
temperature drop, which will recover when it warms back up) when the liquid
has all vaporised.
I use a 100# house cylinder for air at the house, I run it up to #160psi,
have had it for many many years and it rolls around in the back of the truck
to and from fills. No problems, not an issue.
