Our Saracen was brought into the country legally with dischargers in
place. The BATF regulations say that they have to be demilled. Demilling
is accomplished with torch cut holes in the base of the dischargers. I
see dischargers on lots of British vehicles. You can't see the demilling
unless you hunker down and look hard. Jim
