Many thanks for the explanation, Ike.
The fact that they often shut down the system on weekends explains why I
was unable to download TM's. I was able to access & download multiple
TM's today.
It seems odd, however, that they shut down the system on weekends. It
must be really inconvenient for those on duty on the weekend (ie: Guard
& Reserves or active duty) to need a publication. Even worse when
there's a war on (Hmmmm.....).
