Three weeks after I filed my EUC, I received a letter from GL stating that
they had not received my EUC in the above mentioned sale and according to my
buyers agreement, if the requires EUC is not received 30 days after the award
date. The sale becomes void and the 25% deposit would not be refunded.
Although they went on to say in the same letter that if I decided not to file
the EUC, GL would waive the retention of the 25% fee.
I called GL and spoke with Heath Norton. I told him there must be a mistake,
as I filed the EUC three days after the award date.
He went on to state that his office had no record of my EUC. I then told him
he should contact Jan Trujillo, because that is the person at GL that
actually walked me through filling out the form to make sur\e there was no
mistakes.
I called Jan and she verified that she had received my EUC, but it had been
"misplace." And she had contacted the TSC and asked them to fax her a copy.
She said they refused. I filled another EUC out and faxed it again.
GL has their head so far down a gopher hole........
