Canada is starting to phase out and sell its Iltis 1/4 ton vehicles and the
M101Cdn2 trailers for them. Canadian manuals exist in English (and French of
course). Ours were made by Bombardier in Quebec. As Luc points out, they
also made and sold some to Belgium. Canadian examples were made in 1985-86.

The funniest "puzzle" on some of the Iltis is the UNSTUCKER (I think that is
the name). It bolts to the wheel hub, and acts as a drum winch to "unstick"
the vehicle. This device has confused more than one MV enthusiast.

I am pre-Iltis infantry so I don't know a lot about them. In my day, we used
REAL JEEPS!
