Listers,

Here are some answers:

1.) Government Liquidation LLC's, ADOT Motor Vehicle Division License #
U3984P. We are a Dealer and with the stated license number.
2.) Wisconsin Tax. Here is Wisconsin's reply concerning the tax:

"Sales tax is collected at rate of 5% State tax. If the applicant has paid
tax in another state and has proof (copy of Purchase Agreement, financial
statement, or receipt) and the rate is minimum
5% we would not pay State tax again in Wisconsin. Local county
tax if applicable is collected for county even if state tax paid
elsewhere. Go towww.dot.state.wi.us/dmv/forms.html and review
instructions for Application for title MV-1 form. Section D Fees /State
Sales tax - exemption code 5 "Tax paid to another state list state and
submit proof" RI44

Thank you for using the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's web
site."

Tax will be paid once and once only.

3.) The titling process before I became involved went something like this:
Vehicle sold to GL - GL placed vehicle in up coming sale - Vehicle sold in
sale to MV member - Payment received by GL from buyer for vehicle -
Paid-in-full invoice sent to buyer and warehouse - SF97 in GL's name at
warehouse sent to GL - GL sends SF97 for title - Title placed in GL's name
- Title then transferred to new buyers - Title send to new buyer.

PROPOSED PROCESS: Vehicle sold to GL - GL receives SF97 in GL's name - GL
sends SF97 for title - Title placed in GL's name - GL places vehicle in up
coming sale - Vehicle sold in sale to MV member - Payment received by GL
from buyer for vehicle - Paid-in-full invoice sent to buyer and warehouse -
Title transferred to new buyers and sent to new buyer. This process will
cut the time it takes to get the new title to the buyer. Is it perfect? No.
Can it be improved? Yes. I am still working on the proposed process and the
improvements.

GL's vehicle sales happened about the same time as the 0% interest rate by
the major car manufactures which cause a large backlog with the state,
which backed the time up even more. This is not an excuse just fact.

As to using the resources of the MV group by taking photos, writing
descriptions, and being a resource, I like this suggestion. This would take
some work and logistic planning on the part of GL and with the MV'ers . I
would like to explore this suggestion in more detail in the coming weeks.
Using the MV members as resources or VENDORS could create some limitations
on those who act as VENDORS or resources. Those who act as Vendors may be
limited or excluded from buying the vehicles they have worked on so they
do not have an unfair advantage over any other bidder.

I do not have all of the answers, but I hope you can see that I am working
to resolve the issues at hand and to work with the members of this list in
a constructive and positive way.
