On the M211 fuel pump, there is a rubber plug on the bottom. Possibly to
cushion it against the tank floor. Also, I believe there are 4 rubber mounts
holding the pump into the housing. I'm not near my parts catalog to look it
up right now. Any one of these could be deteriorating. All were available
from Memphis Equipment Co. when I replaced mine a while back.
