In order to abide by our rules for MV content...

My foster son will soon be taking his military vehicle to Kosovo. His mother and I would really like to know how things are over there from anyone that has some recent news. Any information about uh, "road" conditions, MV clubs, etc., would be much appreciated.

(Oh well, least it's not Iraq!)
