You can't find it on LOGSA probably because it was printed in the mid 50s.
(Like most of the really useful manuals!) In my opinion, the quality of TM's
began deteriorating in the 60's and have gotten worse continually since.
I do not know if TM 9-8601 exists in an electronic format at all, I have only
a single hard copy.
