Having just gotten out of the hobby shop industry after 10 years or so...I
can tell you that there is not a 1/35 kit of the M715 available. A company
call Skybow is about to introduce (if they haven't already) a 1/35 M-37. As
I recall, a German firm named Schmidtt offered a vacu-formed conversion kit
to build a M-715. This required a great deal of patience (almost as much as
scratch building), and results in a rather crude model.
