here's a bit more background about that A2 for sale in N. Louisiana....
Ken...I have a beautiful 1972 AMG M151A2 that I bought several years ago.
It is in wonderful shape. I have a lot of pictures but I can see you already
have plenty on your website. Everything on the jeep works and it is titled
and registered here in the US. It is an uncut veresion and everything is
original, except the tires, I have an extra rebuilt transmission (which
didn't quite work out, so I bought another one) and various other spare
parts. The jeep has 38,000 original miles and everything is functional. It
is presently dressed in soft top and soft doors for the winter. I have five
or six original military manuals, spare tires and rims and other "stuff".
I'm thinking of sellling my M151A2 to make necessary adjustments to my
priorities, if you know what I mean. If I can't get $9000.00 for the jeep
then I'll just keep it. If you know anyone who is interested in this jeep
please feel free to contact me.
