Hi, Bill.

I wouldn't normally mention a commercial service on the list, except for
the fact that you brought it up. I am in the process of trying to get a
small portable (within the state of Tennessee) plastic media blasting
shop up and going, along with a franchise for a machine that can repair
and fill in rust damage without having to replace panels. (As far as I
understand, it doesn't do structural loads like frames or armor plating,
but it should fill the cosmetic need for restoring rust-through in them)
I thought that this might appeal to a lot of folks on the list who have
vehicles that many body panels are no longer available for, and in the
process it prevents the rust from coming back in that area. I don't
have it going yet (working on the SBA loan as we speak) but I am curious
if there would be a demand for something like that in the MV community?
Any feedback from anyone, pro or con? So we don't clog the list,
please send them to me at dagobert@ix.netcom.com

thanks,
Jay Travis
