John, I just finished the master cylinder upgrade (with out the disc
brakes). Brake fluid will find its way out of the tiniest of openings.
Get some lines wrenches and tighten a little more on those leaky
fittings. I was starting to round off corners with line wrenches when I
finally had things tight enough. I had to take a little off (between an
1/8 and 1/4 inch) the push rod for the master cylinder to get any
adjustment. Then adjusted for about an inch of free play in the peddle
(much less at master cylinder). Hope this helps.
