WIRING HELP ON S-250 SHELTER

List: with my shelter i got a 100ft of power cord both
ends are military, i would like to put a (normal)110
plug on other end,And does anyone have a wiring
diagram for a S-250 GICHNER SHELTER.There were a few
wires that were cut.And part# for the condesent
