Well yea.... I am amazed at how the DOD walks away from all of these
'scandals' without a scratch. I used to work for a defense contractor.
There was an entire department sized area of DCAS emplyees (government
auditors/inspectors that is) that looked over and into everything that we
were doing. The program managers at DOD (army, navy, air force) were
frequently comming in to our plant to have us put on an endless series of
project reviews. If you want to blame someone you need to start with the DOD.
