in case you don't know -- here is what demil code E means:

E- MLI(NON-SME). Additional critical items/material determined to require demilitarization, either key
point or total destruction. Demilitarization instructions to be furnished by the DOD Demilitarization
Program Office.

and yes i would have a problem with this. I'm not even a clothing dealer but I know of at least 5
manufactures I can buy new mil spec clothing / equipment from on a piece by piece as needed basis. where do
you think all the new clothing in surplus stores comes from??

All in all just a nother knee jerk reaction by the government i guess.
