Ah yes. As my next door mail lady reminds me, they can hold onto that kind of mail for about a week and be totally legal. Those items are low priority. She
probably has a stack of periodicals in the back seat of hear mail car just for lunch breaks! Perhaps they need to start sending out the MV mag with brown
paper wrappers!
