Jeff,
I agree, I also don't believe there is any difference between a
3 year and a 5 year battery. Same with a NAPA Lifetime
muffler. Same muffler as one with shorter warranty. My problem
with battery warranties is that I buy wholesale, but would have
to pay retail on a pro rated warranty replacement. Works like
this: I buy a 3-year batt for $50., list is $100. (hypothetical). It
lasts two years. I take it back and have to pay two years use,
$66.67, so I don't do that and just buy another battery. You
think I have it bad with batteries? Ha! Lets not even go into
tires! :)
