Exhaust Gaskets

Help. Neither Marcus Glen and Whitims in the UK have the individual
gaskets that seal the exhaust manifold to the Cylinder Head. I think
these are something that is out of stock every where. Does anyone
have any experience getting custom made exhaust gaskets? These are a
single port per unit with two holes for studs and a square profile
opening for the exhaust port itself.

I've got to find something to make this seal correctly.
